The Bondage Fetish Store is owned and operated by M Consulting, LLC. We ship discretely in either plain brown boxes and bubble wrap poly bags or for USPS Priority Mail we will use boxes supplied by the USPS. The return address will say the package is from “M Consulting, LLC, Shipping Department”.
We also offer Express Mail and UPS Next Day and Second Day service on a limited basis. You must call us at (617)455-4454 during our business hours to get on of these services. We do not stock all our items in the warehouse and it can take between 1 to 5 business days to bring the item in (On most items. Some can take up to 2 weeks) and this will delay your shipment. Instead of disappointing you in an unexpected delay, we want you to call us to make sure we can meet your needs before paying the extra expense.

We also offer USPS with a signature required. This would be the regular weight charges plus $4.00 for the signature. M Consulting, LLC reserves the right to require any shipment to require a signature.
We have gone to a weight based shipping method. You can estimate your shipping in your shopping cart. All shipnent costs are based on being shipped from Boston, MA to your location.

We have divided the country up into 8 zones by state and and assigned a base price plus price per pound for each method to calculate the cost for the USPS Priority Mail.
We offer FREE economy shipping on orders over $250.00
Most packages are shipped from our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse with the exception of footwear. ALL footwear is shipped directly from the manufacturer in California and we use either UPS Ground or Fedex Home Delivery. If your order is being shipped to a PO Box, it must be shipped via Fedex.They do offer quicker shipping methods for an extra charge. Please call (617)455-4454 for more information.
The Bondage Fetish Store does offer overnight shipping in limited circumstances. You must call for this service at (617)455-4454. We want to make sure we are able to fill your complete order before we accept it. The best time to call is between 4 AM - 4 PM EST. For overnight shipping we use USPS Express Priority Mail. This is the least expensive overnight service. Unfortunately, it is not available in all areas and in these area’s it takes 2 days. Please take this into consideration when placing an order. On rare occasions, we will ship via Fedex or UPS Overnight but they will charge us a pick up charge on top of the extra service charges and it costs twice as much as the postal service.
Many of our vendors offer services to ship orders directly to our customers. They charge us a $5.00 fee for this plus the shipping costs. If we do not have an item in stock, this service is available but the customer is responsible for the extra costs. The Bondage Fetish Store verifies all credit card billing addresses. If the address on your order does not match your credit card, this may delay the shipment of your order until we can verify you. It is the customers responsibility to make sure you put the correct address on the order.
The Bondage Fetish Store ships worldwide via USPS First Class for orders under 4 pounds. And USPS Priority Mail for Orders over 4 Pounds. We have UPS International available for customers who call for it. Please be advised, you may be responsible for custom fees and brokerage fees for this service. For international Orders, the shipping and billing MUST be the same.

All orders shipped from our Boston warehouse have tracking information assigned to it. We update our website at the close of business with the tracking data. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the information to be updated on the tracking website.
Orders shipped directly from one of our vendors may take longer to update the tracking info. We may not get the information for several days and we must put it into the system manually.
All shoes are shipped directly from our vendor to customers inside the United States. International orders with shoes must be shipped from our Boston warehouse and can take 10 business days to get to us before they can be shipped.

Q. What kind of packaging do you use?
A.For USPS Priority Mail we use Red, White and Blue boxes supplied by the postal service. If your is too big we will ship it in a plain brown box with no markings about the contents inside.
For First Class and UPS Ground Shipping we use either white envelopes and plain brown boxes.
Please Note International Orders require a customs form with the contents listed inside. We try to keep it as generic as possible.
Q. What is your return address?
A. Our company name is "M Consulting". And this is the name we use on all correspondence besides email. Our domain is "www.bondagefetishstore.com" so all emails from us will come from that domain.
Q. How will I know when my package has shipped?
A. You will be sent an email with the details of your order and what has shipped. (Sometimes items are back ordered). At the bottom of the email is a link to track the package. That is the link to track the package. It is automatically generated when the shipping label is printed. We use 3rd party software to print our postage so it can take up to 24 hours to show up in the tracking system.
We do not monitor the email address that we send the tracking numbers from. Do not reply to the email Your email will never be read. Send all inquiries to
Q. How long does it take to ship a package.
A. In many cases, we ship between 24 and 72 hours once an order reaches accounting. We try to get all packages shipped to our customers within 14 business days.
We do not stock clothing in our warehouse and it can take about 7 business days to get in, depending on the vendor. Because we do not stock our clothing, we consider clothing a special order but most is returnable for a store credit. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Your order will normally get to you within the 14 business day time period. We normally place our clothing orders on Mondays and Thursdays, if your order is not in by the time it is placed , it will get placed on the next ordering day. Due to holidays, our shipping and schedule will change slightly.
Any item not in stock is considered a special order and cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is considered a special order?
A. A Special Order is any item not normally stocked in the warehouse.
Most Special Orders ship within a week to 14 business days depending on where it comes from.
Some of our leather goods take longer. Since the outbreak of COVID many of our manufacturers are having problem getting in parts to make some of the items. This is causing a delay in shipment of special orders. This is beyond our control.
All our latex is made at the time of the order. Each piece of latex is handmade at the time of order. Since 2019, there has been a serious delay in latex shipments. Almost all our latex is manufactured in Europe and it is now taking 6 month(plus) to get some of the latex items. Please think carefully before ordering
Q. Do you guarantee a delivery date?
A. No, Our customer service will give you a best guess on information available at the time. Sometimes shipments to us are delayed and sometimes our carriers will delay in process our shipments to them. This is especially true during peak shipping times.
Q. What does "Processing" mean?
A. Processing -This is when you have placed the order and the order is still on the web site and has not been downloaded to our warehouse.
Q. What does "Accounting" mean?
A. Accounting - You order has been downloaded into the warehouse. This is where your order is checked and your credit card information is verified and any items not in stock are ordered and waiting for arrival. Your order can be in accounting for several days until everything comes in. See question 7.
Q. What does "Warehouse" mean?
A. Warehouse - Your order is in the warehouse to be picked. Your order should not be in the warehouse more than 2 days.
Q. Why is my order still in accounting?
A. There can be several reasons for your order to be in accounting:
- Your billing information did not match your credit card. This can delay your order until we determine it is not fraud.
- Your order confirmation email bounced back to us. We are re-check orders manually and it can take a couple days.
- We are waiting for an order from our vendor to come in with some of your items. Sometimes we run out of stock and it can take several days to get our restock. Also, we do not stock most of our clothing in our warehouse and it is purchased at the time of order and we are waiting for the clothing to arrive. If you want what is in stock to ship immediately, there will be an extra shipping charge. And you will have to call us at (617)455-4454. If you have an item which is back ordered from our vendor, we will ship the rest of the order immediately, and ship the back ordered item when it arrives.
- Some items have a delay in shipping. These items will delay your whole order unless it is a drop ship item.
Q. Why don't you offer express shipping.
A. We do but only on limited availability. You must call us at (617)455-4454 to get express shipping. We will only express ship items that are in stock. And we cannot guarantee it will go out the same day but will ship the next business day. Some express deliverys, take 2 days to receive check the US Postal Service Web site for details. We ship from zip code 02151.
Due to the nature of our store, many items run out of stock for a few days at a time. So if you pay for a service we want you to get it. Many of our vendors are willing to ship direct for an extra charge (Including Clothing). We must pass this service to you. Effective Immediately, due to the time involved, we have to charge a minimum of $40.00 to express ship an order. (Your original shipping cost will be subtracted from this charge.) We will also require an email from you giving us permission to chaarge your credit card the extra costs.
Q. What days do you ship?
A. We normally ship Monday Thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. We are located in Boston, Massachusetts which is part of Suffolk County and do not ship on any Federal, State or local Holidays
Q. Where is your store located?
A. We are an internet store only. We do not have a physical location where customers may purchase products.
