Return & Exchange Policy

We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT only, please order carefully. To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that may come into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, sweat, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.

These items include (but we are NOT limited to):

  • ANY dildo or vibrator.
  • ANY enema kits.
  • ANY sound set.
  • ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.
  • ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus.
  • ANY gag/dildo combination.
  • ANY mouth gag.
  • ANY chastity device.
  • ANY furniture used in a sexual nature
  • ANY liquid including lubricants and lotions.
  • ANY item (including clothing) that touches the genital area.
  • ANY item that may get saliva, urine, sweat or any other bodily fluid on them during sexual play.
  • ANY item deemed a special order including all latex clothing.
  • ANY item deemed a sex toy

All products are warranted by us for 30 days from the invoice date. If any product is found DEFECTIVE within that 30 day period, please contact us at sales@bondagefetishstore.com for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only.

We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges; for defective items, BondageFetishStore.com will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only. If an item is deemed not defective, the Bondage Fetish Store reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for the return shipping.

To obtain an RMA number for your return or exchange, contact sales@bondagefetishstore.com or call us at (617)455-4454 to obtain approval for your exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when writing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.

Any items not on the original return authorization will be discarded and not credited.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and in like new condition, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Any returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED!

ALL returns must be received within 14 business days from the date of the issuing of the RMA Number.

Refused Package

Due to the nature of our products, once it leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be sent back. Once an item is shipped it cannot be resold. Any packages that are refused by the receiver will be destroyed and the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred.

The customer is responsible for supplying a valid address for us to ship the order. Packages that are returned to us because of a wrong address is the customers responsibility. The customer will be requited to pay for the costs to have the package reshipped to you. We will try to contact you by telephone to get your credit card number to charge you to reship. If the customer does not wish to pay the costs, the package will be destroyed and the customer will not receive any refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the policies for Fedex and Fedex Ground, we cannot no longer accept packages from these carriers and any returns shipped through them will NOT be accepted. M Consulting or the Bondage Fetish Store will not sign for any packages until inspected. Fedex policies do not make this possible.

We have an agreement with many of our vendors to ship returns directly back to them. Any returns not sent to the correct return address are the responsibility of the customer. And M Consulting will be held harmless for any returns which do not have an RMA Number or shipped to the wrong address. We do not accept returns at our shipping address and anything shipped back to us will be refused, or if it cannot be sent back at customers cost, it will be destroyed.

Shipping Policy

We ship most of our items from our Boston warehouse via USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to ship using another carrier or to ship directly from one of our manufacturers.
