The BondageFetishStore.com only asks for information which is required to verify your identity, clear your purchase and ship your order. Your information is not shared with any parties for any reason and is not kept on file unless you choose to open an account or join our mailing list. In addition, any information, including your name, address, phone number and email address obtained by BondageFetishStore.com as a result of a transaction will not be rented or sold to a third party.
We do not send unsolicited email. We only send email required to complete your purchase unless you join our mailing list. We will email a tracking numbers to the billing email address when the order ships. You can also track a package from this link.
Shipping and Order processing time.
We charge a flat rate of $10.95 for shipping inside the United States and that includes Alaska and Hawaii.
We now ship most of our items to our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse via USPS Priority Mail. We stock most of our bondage gear and sex toys. We stock some of our clothing. Mostly accessories and items that come only in one size. All other clothing comes from our vendors at the time of order. Our clothing is shipped to us from the vendor twice a week (Monday & Thursday).and can take up to a week to receive these orders. It is consolidated in our Boston Warehouse and shipped out USPS Priority Mail. Many of our vendors will ship directly which is available for an extra charge. You must call us at (617)455-4454
You should still recieve your orders from our warehouse within 10 to 14 business days.
We ship all our shoes directly from our vendor to all locations in the United States. They also can take up to 72 hours to ship an order.
Effective September 10th, 2011. Our shoe vendor no longer ships directly to Canada so all shoes going to Canada must go through our Massachusetts warehouse. This will add at least a week to the shipping of your order
We reserve the right to ship any order or any part of an order directly from our vendor.
Order Processing Time includes time to process and pack your order. A normal order ships between 24 and 72 *business hours after processing. (An order placed on Friday, may not get processed till Monday). Some items may take slightly longer.
If there is a delay of more the a week, we will email you to update you. Please make sure to check your spam mail box. To ensure your package gets to you as quickly as it can. We ship from several locations throught the country. You may get more than one box from us using different carriers. It may take up to 10 business days to receive your order after it is placed. If you have not receive your order after 10 days and have not heard from us, please email us at email@example.com. If the merchandise is on back order it may take additional time (Custom Latex Colors will take a additional 30 days to ship) but you will receive an email to notify you with the expected date of the arrival of the item.
Latex Nemesis clothing makes the clothing when ordered. They say they need at least 30 days to ship an order. We strive to process, pack and deliver your order as quickly as possible, our Warehouse staff prides itself on its continuous efforts to ensure your products get to you swiftly.
Any orders which are returned to us will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We are now offering free shipping on orders over $250.00 to any location inside the United States.
Shipping within US.
We charge a flat rate $10.95 per order for all orders shipped within the United States (this includes Alaska and Hawaii). Any order over $250.00 shipping is free. Any order over $100.00 may require a signature. All orders that have a different billing and shipping address require a signature.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
We deliver to Post Office Boxes but all items must be shipped through our Massachusetts Warehouse so it may take additional time to receieve your order.
We cannot deliver shoes to a P.O. Box. Shoes are drop shipped via UPS from our vendor in California to the U.S. and Canada. All international shoe orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts and take at least a week to ship
Shipping to Canada and Mexico.
We ship to both Canada and Mexico. We have a flat rate shipping charge of $30.00 for all orders up to 10 pounds to these 2 countries. Orders over 10 pounds will be charge another $30.00 per 10 pounds for shipping
We ship worldwide. But, the Bondage Fetish Store reserves the right to cancel an order if it feels the items are illegal in the shipping country. The buyer will be responsible of all custom charges and if the order is not released by any government agency. We charge a flat rate $50.00 for shipping anywhere up to 10 pounds. We will charge your credit card the difference of shipping over 10 pounds. . We are sorry but we cannot offer free shipping on international orders outside North America.
We do not ship to Russia.
On All Orders outside the United States, We will only ship when order is complete.
In general, we do not offer overnight shipping. Special cases can be made. If you need something quickly or by a certain date please call us (617)455-4454 prior to placing your order. Additional shipping charges WILL apply.

Coupon codes must be added at the time of order. We cannot add a coupon discount after an order is placed.
It is very difficult to cancel an order once it is placed. Our automated services start immediately when your order is placed. Once an order is in the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Our main offices are not in the same building as the warehouse. We do not stock clothing in our warehouse and once it is ordered from our vendor it cannot be cancelled.ALL ORDER CANCELATIONS WILL INCURE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. You will receive store credit for the remainder amount. We dp not give cash refunds.
Refused Packages - Once a package leaves our warehouse, the items are considered used. Any packages that are refused and returned will be destroyed and the customer will be responsible for the full amount charged.
Items returned because of the wrong address will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will pay for the new shipping costs. Any customer who refuses to pay for the added shipping will have their products destroyed and be responsible for the full original charge, When items deemed to be nonreturnable are shipped, they are shipped as ALL SALES FINAL. You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use for all our products.
